Many women and young people in rural and slum communities face significant barriers to financial independence, skills development, and meaningful opportunities. Poverty, lack of education, and limited access to resources make it difficult for them to break the cycle of hardship and create a better future for themselves and their families.

Our Women & Youth Empowerment Program works with organized groups of women and youth. These groups come together to develop initiatives that can benefit all members, such as small businesses or community projects. We provide training, mentorship, and microfinance support to help these group-led initiatives succeed. By equipping groups with practical skills, business knowledge, and access to seed funding, we enable them to generate sustainable income, build confidence, and contribute actively to their communities.
